Your dashboard is your central hub. Here, you can view recent orders, manage subscriptions or memberships, update billing and shipping addresses, and edit your password and account details. It's also where you can access jobs, resumes, saved jobs, and job alerts.
The tabs help you manage all aspects of your account:
Dashboard: Quick overview of your account activity.
Orders: View or download your recent purchases or job applications.
Memberships: Check your active memberships and their expiration.
Subscriptions: Manage recurring services.
Downloads: Access downloadable content or resources.
Support: Contact Sobiaonline for official help or questions.
Address: Update your billing or shipping addresses.
Payment Methods: Manage your saved payment options.
Account Details: Edit your profile, email, or password.
Log Out: Securely exit your account.
Use the support tab to request any kind of help that is commensurate with your membership level. Via the support tab, it takes less than a minute to request for help from our team.
Tip: Always use the Support tab for official assistance rather than informal channels.
These buttons help you quickly access candidate-focused tools:
Jobs: Browse available job listings.
Add Resume: Create or update your resume for employers to view.
Saved Jobs: Access jobs you've bookmarked for later application.
My CVs: View and manage uploaded CVs.
Job Alerts: Set up notifications for jobs that match your preferences.
If you haven't uploaded a CV, the system will guide you through creating an online profile before applying. Use the Add Resume button to submit your resume, then return to the job listing to apply. Without adding a CV you will not be able to apply. This is done to ensure that our members have up to date profiles to attract the right employers and job matches. By having a completed profile you can easily apply for jobs requiring email applications within seconds
Click the Job Alerts button to create alerts. You'll get emails or notifications when jobs matching your criteria are posted, ensuring you don't miss opportunities. Select your specific criteria to receive relevant matches
Use Add Resume to submit new resumes and My CVs to manage them. Keeping resumes updated increases your visibility to employers. To upgrade your CV or documents just hit support and submit a support ticket.
Navigate to Orders to see past purchases, then use the Downloads tab to access any downloadable content tied to your account.
