Why does SobiaOnline charge for access?
Access funds the one-on-one CV, cover letter, and LinkedIn support we provide, and keeps the platform ad-free. It also keeps the community focused on candidates who are genuinely ready to search and apply. This is the same reason many corporate and premium job platforms charge for full access.
What do I get with Full Access?
Full Access unlocks everything you need to run your own search:

How often are new jobs added?
Daily. NGO, visa-sponsored, remote and local roles across Africa are added every day. This isn’t a static list.
What’s the difference between Full Access, Career Boost, and Job Search Pro?
Full Access gives you everything to search and apply on your own, plus a document review. Career Boost adds a professionally rewritten CV and cover letter with targeted coaching. Job Search Pro is fully managed. We headhunt roles for you and handle up to 3 applications a month, built for senior executives and INGO leaders.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, anytime, from your account page. Most candidates start with Full Access and move up to Career Boost or Job Search Pro when they want more hands-on support.
What if it’s not the right fit?
You can request a full refund within 7 days of joining, no questions asked.
How do I pay?
Securely via Mobile Money, Credit/Debit Card, or Bank Transfer at checkout after choosing your plan. You can manage renewals, receipts, and support requests from your account page afterward.
What happens if my plan expires and I don’t renew?
You’ll get a reminder before your plan expires. If it lapses, your dashboard tools pause until you renew. Your saved CV, alerts, and application history stay in your account and pick back up as soon as you do.
I already have an old SobiaOnline account. Do I need to sign up again?
If your existing account isn’t already on a membership plan, you’ll need to choose Full Access or another plan above to unlock the dashboard. If you’re already a member, just log in here to continue.
Will I ever be asked to pay to apply for a specific job?
No, never. We don’t charge per job or per application, and no legitimate employer will ever ask you to pay them either. Your plan fee is entirely separate from any individual job listing.
