Applications are now open for the 2026 Elevate Africa Fellowship. The Elevate Africa Fellowship is now accepting applications for its second cohort. This 10-month hybrid leadership programme is designed for outstanding mid-career professionals with 10–15 years of impactful experience, committed to shaping Africa's future across sectors.
Eligibility Requirements
Minimum 10 years of work experience with measurable impact.
Demonstrated leadership and pan-African commitment.
Reliable internet connection and full availability for the program.

Commitment Expectations
Attend onboarding (virtual) in March 2026.
Full participation in learning sessions, mentorship/coaching, capstone, and thought leadership between March and November 2026.
Attend three in-person immersives: May (Kigali), August (Nigeria), and late Oct/early Nov (to be announced).
Fund your travel for in-person immersives (limited scholarships may be available).
Engage actively with the cohort and alumni community.
