The History of Ghana is written in its historic monuments, sites and biodiversity. The Ghana Heritage Conservation Trust (GHCT) is a non-government, not for profit organisation set up promote the preservation and conservation of these resources. Do you possess the strategic acumen and proven executive experience to manage this world-class conservation portfolio? Then this is your opportunity to champion the protection, promotion and sustainable management of Ghana’s invaluable heritage resources for future generations in the position of:

As Visionary Leader of the GHCT Team, you will ensure:

-Execution of the Strategic Plan
-Development and implementation of resource mobilisation and fundraising strategies to expand the Trust’s assets and program delivery capacity.
-Preparation and implementation of the annual budget and work plan
-Execution of programmes, grants and distributions mandated by the Trust Deed, in alignment with the key objectives of GHCT
-Achievement of year-on-year Key Performance indicators agreed with the Governing Board and key stakeholders
-Adequate engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders

Qualification Required & Experience

-At least, a Master’s degree
-A background in Social Sciences, Finance and Administration, Development Studies, or closely related discipline
-5 years post qualification working experience in a management role
-Proven results-orientation and stakeholder management ability
-Demonstrated success in resource mobilization and fundraising
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
